Grant by William de Solariis to the abbey of St Sauveur in the Cotentin of the church of All Saints with the chapel of St Mary of Alingeham [Ellingham] and 72 acres of arable in the same parish and 20 acres of meadow, and 3 acres by the church to build the monks' houses, and all common rights, in frankalmoign, for his soul and the soul of Richard the earl his uncle [Richard Redvers, Earl of Devon] and the souls of his ancestors.
