Agreement concerning certain pieces of arable land belonging to the hermitage of St Leonard which brothers William Parmenter and Ralph Provost, former keeper thereof, had demised to Nicholas Gommyng, John Hokeryth, Richard Hokeryth and William Hokeryth, for marling within a certain time, which marling has not been done. Brother Peter Guysyer, the present keeper, at the request of John Hokryth, William Hokryth, John Haywod [coupere] and John Robynet, the present tenants, grants them the premises on condition that alll the land not yet marled shall be marled within three years.
Witnesses: John de Heywod, Roger de Hameldon, John Godard, John Dobbes, Walter de Shaldeford and others.
