Indenture of lease, by Provost and the College of Eton, to Sir Richard Harrison, of Hurst, co. Berks, knight, upon surrender of his former lease, of the manor or priory of Stratfieldsaye, except for all woods there which are reserved to the lessors together with convenient access to the same. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £7 6s 8d and 5 quarters of wheat and 8 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent.
