Indenture of lease by Provost and the College of Eton, to George Miller, gentleman, and Richard Aldworth esquire, of the manor or priory of Stratfieldsaye, except for all woods there which are reserved to the lessors together with convenient access to the same. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £7 6s 8d and 5 quarters of wheat and 8 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent. Henry Winchcombe has surrended all his interest in the same.
