Counterpart of indenture of lease by Provost and the College of Eton, to John Lessingham, of Hackney, co. Middlesex, esquire, upon surrender of his former lease, of the manor or priory of Stratfieldsaye, excepting certain marked trees. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £7 6s 8d and 5 quarters of wheat and 8 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent. Signature of lessee.
