Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to the Rev. William Hastings Martin Atkins, of Farley Castle in Swallowfield, co. Wilts, for £673 15s of both the priory and the woods. From Michaelmas last of 16 years. Rent £10 13s 4d and 360 gallons of wheat and 576 gallons of malt, together with £39 8s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
