Counterpart of lease by the Provost and College, to Rev. William Hastings Martin Atkins, of Farley Castle in Swallowfield, co. Wilts, for £728 5s 10d, of both the priory and the woods, together with certain lands (described) allotted to the lessors by certain inclosure awards. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £10 13s 4d and 360 gallons of wheat and 576 gallons of malt, together with £39 8s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
