Indenture of lease by brother Nicholas Lalouyer, prior of Clatford and proctor general of the abbot and convent of St Victor in Caleto, to Robert Godehyne and Juliana, his wife, for their lives in survivorship, of a tenement which Joan Symonds once held in Stratfield. Rent 2s. And lease also for their lives a meadow called Monkenemede. Rent 7d. Witnesses: John atte Beche, Matthew Wykynges, William atte Hahche. Stratfeld.
On two doubled tags, two impressions of the same seal, round 20mm, red wax. Two gauntlets (?). A legend.
