Agreement between the Rector and Scholars of Exeter College, Oxford, and Samuel Wilmot, of Oxford, esquire, by which the former consent to take from the latter in lieu of all rents reserved in a certain lease the sum of £2 0s 4d and a couple of capons, or in lieu of the capons 2s 6d yearly. The lease, bearing the same date as the present, is of a messuage or tenement in Little Tew, late in the occupation of Ralph Marshall deceased and three yard lands lying dispersed in the common fields there, and one other messuage with one yard land and a half and one other tenement with all barns stables etc appurtaining; for 20 years from Lady day last, rent a quarter of wheat and a quarter and three bushels of malt of their money equivalent and £1 6s 8d and a couple of capons or 2s 6d.
