Indenture of bargain and sale, for £180 by Ralph Marshall, of Buckingham, brazier, to Thomas Walford of Sibford Ferris, co. Oxford, gentleman, of one yard land of arable meadow and pasture lying dispersed in the common fields of Little Tew, now in possession or occupation of John Castle, for 500 years. Rent 1d. The foregoing to be void if the grantor pays the grantee £184 1s before 24 February next.
Signature of Marshall, who has also on the dorse signed for the receipt of £180.
