Content description
Quadripartite indenture between Thomas Walford, of Sibford Ferris, co. Oxford, gentleman, of the first part, Ralph Marshall, of Buckingham, brazier, of the second part, Samuel Wilmot, of Oxford, esquire of the third part, and Thomas Robinson, of Oxford, gentleman, of the fourth part. Whereas, owing to the default in the payment of £184 1s the yard land mentioned in the indenture of 23 August 1751 (ECR 19 006) became the absolute estate of Thomas Walford; and whereas Ralph Marshall owes Thomas Walford £186; and whereas Samuel Wilmot has agreed with Ralph Marshall for the purchase for £250 of the fee simple of the premises; Assignment by Thomas Walford, for £186 paid to him by Samuel Wilmot, and for 5s paid by Thomas Robinson, to the said Robinson of the premises, to hold in trust for the use of the said Wilmot.
