Affidavit by Ralph Marshall and Eleanor, his wife, stating that they do not believe the one yard land conveyed to Samuel Wilmot, esquire, to be encumbered with the payment of any sum saving by the mortgage of 23 August 1751 (ECR 19 006) and further stating that they believe that the original mortgage term for 950 years mentioned in a deed of 19 May 1668 (ECR 19 004) between Robert Robins of the one part and Ralph Marshall the younger and Ralph Marshall the elder, the grandfather of these deponents, of the other part, assigned to Ralph Marshall, the grandfather. And the several assignments thereof are lost or destroyed. No settlement was made by Ralph Marshall of the one yard or any part of it before, at or since his marriage to Eleanor.
