Indenture of release by John Chamberlain, Thomas Eagle and John Davis, inclosure commissioners, to Thomas Wells, of Wormleighton, co. Warwick, gentleman of a piece of land in the common fields of Little Tew containing 2 acres 2 roods and 29 perches for £68 8s 5½d. The premises were selected by the Commissioners, according to the Act (33 George III), for defraying the charges of passing the Act and carrying it into execution.
