Incomplete draft, undated, probably 1794, of a lease by the Provost and College of Eton, to Richard Godson of Little Tew, farmer, and Stephen Godson, of Brailes, co. Warwick, land surveyor, of two houses and buildings with a garden lately inclosed out of the common fields of Little Tew in lieu of six yard land formerly in the occupation of Ann Robins and John Manning.
