Copy of the will of Ralph Marshall, of Little Tew, yeoman, bequeathing to
(1) Ralph, his son, his one yard land in Tew.
(2) Ann, his wife, the £50 her sister gave her as a legacy.
(3) Francis, his son, 20s.
(4) John, his son, 20s.
(5) Thomas, his son, 20s to be paid within a year of his decease.
(6) Nicholas, his son, and Mary Tanner, Susannah Maull and Elizabeth Hackell, his daughters 20s apiece.
(7) Ann, his wife, £30, and all his household goods belonging to his farm house in Ardley and half his household goods in his house in Little Tew.
(8) Ralph, his son, the residue of his goods and chattels, and the said Ralph is appointed sole executor.
Proved 26 September 1706.
Examined, and a true copy, by John Stewart, notary public.
