Edward Tew, Eton, to Mr Bignell, mostly concerning Mr Nash's claim. "We consider his claim to any share of the land in the present inclosures as arbitary assessment, and an invasion of private property. As to the fate of the Bill now before the House we are not very sollicitous about it; and if it is to be opposed on this ground, the College are rather inclined to let it take its chance than give way to a demand so ill grounded and unreasonable".
