Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to William Rider, of London, merchant, of the manor of Bawdwyns [Baldwins], with a parcel of land called Brookes and Okehoults [Okoltes] woods and a wood called Bushell. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent £8 17s 10d and 5 quarters of wheat and 11 quarters 1 bushell of malt or their money equivalent, and 6s 8d for the royalties of the manor.
