Indenture of lease, by master John Higdon, doctor of divinity, dean of the Cardinal’s College, Oxford, and the canons of the same, to Sir John Norton, of the parish of Milton, co. Kent, knight, of the marsh ground called the Flasche in Lodenham marsh in the parishes of Lodenham, Ower and Feversham [Luddenham, Oare and Faversham]. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 5 marks.
