Indenture of lease by Agnes Wellyng, prioress of Wykys [Wix], and the convent there, to Thomas Beneyth, son of John Beneyth, of Chatesham, William Merssh, of Sprowton, and William Benyth, brother of the said Thomas, of the manor of Chatshamhalle [Chattisham Hall] with all arable lands, meadows and pastures and all appurtenances of the same except rents and services. From Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent 10 marks. Given at Wykys.
