Indenture of lease by the Provost and College to Robert Barker, of Chetsham, yeoman, of the manor of Chetsham [Chattisham] with the parsonage there, and all tithes, demesne lands, meadows, feedings, pastures and other appurtenances of the manor, the advowson of the vicarage, woods, underwoods, wards, marriages, rents, reliefs, waifs and strays, fines, heriots, perquisites of courts and leets being excepted and reserved to the lessors. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £3 15s and 6 quarters of wheat and 12 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent. Witnesses: Benjamin Owtred, public notary, Hugh Rowell, Thomas Walter.
