Indenture of lease by the Provost and Fellows, upon surrender of a lease to Richard Powys, esquire, to Sir Richard Lloyd, of Hincklesham, Knight, of land in Hintlesham, as described in ECR 25/87. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 16s 8d and 12 bushels of barley malt and 4 bushels of wheat or their money value. Witnesses: William Potter, Benjamin Strange. Signature of lessee.
