Indenture of lease by the Provost and Fellows, to Sir Richard Lloyd, of Hincklesham, Knight, (one of the Barons of the Exchequer), of land in Hintlesham, as described in ECR 25/87. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 16s 8d and 12 bushels of barley malt and 4 bushels of wheat or their money value. Witnesses: Stephen Hawtrey, Daniel Baston. Signature of lessee.
