Counterpart lease by the Provost and Fellows, to Richard Savage Lloyd, of Hincklesham, esquire, executor of the will of his father, Sir Richard Lloyd, deceased, of land in Hintlesham, as described in ECR 25/87. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 16s 8d and 12 bushels of barley malt and 4 bushels of wheat or their money value. Witnesses: William Morris, William Garnham, both living in the parish of Hintlesham. Signature of lessee.
