Indenture of lease by the Provost and Fellows, to Richard Savage Lloyd, of Hincklesham, esquire, of land in Hintlesham, as described in ECR 25/87. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 16s 8d and 12 bushels of barley malt and 4 bushels of wheat or their money value. [Cobdock is now called Cobduct croft, Devysgarden Dives garden, the Mylkinge Pytle the Milking Pightle; the messuage is "sometime Robert Annysees and now or late Thomas Temperley esquire's called Launges", the tenement is "of the said Thomas Temperley called Digleys]. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent as before.
