Extracts made 24 June 1609,
(1) from a book in the Treasury of the Receipt of the Exchequer called "A booke of Mesurement of certeyne Abbayes dissolved by Cardinall Wolsyey"; being a survey of lands formerly of the nunnery of Wykes [Wix] in Chattisham, Swillond [Swilland], Wasshbroke [Washbrook], Hyntilsam [Hintlesham], Wykes and Ramsey. [Public Record Office, Exch. T.R. Misc. Books no.163 pp.109-118, 146-150]
(2) from a Rental of the land of Cardinal's College, Oxford, relating to lands formerly of the said nunnery in Chattisham, Hintelsham, Wasshebrok, Swillond, Bilston [Bildeston], Otley, Preston, Westberholde [West Bergholt], Boxsted, Dannshe Welhall [Dengewell Hall, Oakley]. (3) from a Rental of Begham, being a view of the farmer's account 17-18 Henry VIII for the rectory of Newington.
