A book containing
(1) Receipts for fines and reliefs with an index containing the following names (list of names given)
(2) Notes of a court held at Chatshame [Chattisham], 17 September 1652
(3) A cursory view of the Mannor of Chetsham with Hinclesham [Hintlesham] woods as it was taken by Mr Bachiler riding along wth Mr Flack from feild to feild August 17th 1650, the said Mr Flack acknowledging the following lands with the names of the severall peeces & quantityes hereafter mentioned to belong to the College.
Imprimis Chetsham hall [Chattisham], a well built house with 2 fayre orchards, one of above 50 pare [pear] trees, another all of apple trees, besides great store of apple trees of the best sort viz Paremanes [Pearmains], Pippings [Pippins], Harveys etc planted all over the demeasne lands by the tennant 80 years agoe. (List of trees and land by acres and roods). Hinclesham woods & lands are expressed in the lease.
