Final concord in the King's court at Oxford, Sunday before the feast of St Gregory II Henry III, (7 March 1227), Thomas son of Walter, pet., Walter de Cotes, ten. A virgate in Coddesford [Cottisford]. Thomas has granted Walter a moiety of the said virgate in the said vill, to wit the moiety in the shade wherever it lies; for which Walter is to pay a rent of 1½d at Michaelmas.
