Final concord in the King's court at Oxford, Sunday before the feast of St Gregory II Henry III (7 March 1227), Thomas son of Walter, pet., Roger son of Guy, ten. A virgate of land in Coddesford [Cottisford]. Thomas has granted Roger a moiety of the said virgate in the said vill, to wit the moiety in the shade wherever it lies; for which Roger is to pay a rent of 1½d at Michaelmas.
