Indenture of lease by the said Thomas Feteplace, now Marcham, co. Berks, gentleman, to Robert Pettie, of Tetesford [Tettisworth], co. Oxford, gentleman, of the lands called the Flats, adjoining Cottisford fields within the parish of Heath and parcel of the manor of Heath, containing eighteen score acres or thereabouts. From Michaelmas next for 10 years. Rent £6.
