Copy of lease by Robert Calcot, of Byfield, co. Northampton, gentleman, to Richard Wenman, of Fringford, gentleman, for 40 marks, of a messuage and four yard lands and a quarter in Fringford. From Michaelmas last for 26½ years if John Arden and James Arden, gentlemen, sons of John Arden of Cottesford, gentleman, and John Calcot, son of the Robert, shall live so long. Rent 2 quarters of wheat and 2 quarters of malt, and 40s.
