Indenture of lease for £40 by Thomas Fettiplace, of Firnam, co. Berks, esquire, to Robert Pettye, of Cottesford, gentleman, of a warren of conies and warren ground in the manor or lordship of Heath, co. Oxford, and certain pieces or flats of land adjoining Cottisford fields within the parish of Heath and parcel of the manor of Heath, containing eighteen score acres or thereabouts. From Michaelmas last until the expiry of the Fettiplace's lease of the premises from Edward Holte.
