Warwick, gentleman, of the manor of Cottisford, with all its appurtenances in Cottisford and Fringford; reserving the advowson of the church of Cottisford and all wood, together with the profits of courts. Rent 22 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters 3 bushels of malt or their money equivalent, and £17 16s 10d. From Michaelmas last for 21 years.
