Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Richard Eyre, of Cottisford, esquire, upon surrender of his former lease, of the manor of Cottisford, with all its appurtenances in Cottisford and Fringford. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £17 17s, 22 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters 3 bushels of malt, or their money equivalent.
