Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Thomas Berney Bramston, of Middle Temple, esquire, and James Eyre, of Grays Inn, esquire, of the manor of Cottisford, with all its appurtenances in Cottisford and Fringford. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 22 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters 3 bushels of malt, or their money equivalent and £17 17s.
