Richard Busbye, College tenant, Cotsforde [Cottisford], to Sir Henry Savil, Knight, informing him that "Sir Anthony Coppe hathe put on our common twoe hunderd shepe and kepte them as well of your grounde as of his own. I was wylled by Mr Dennam to wright if he dyd put on: Sir Anthony sekethe his owne privatte gayne and the undoinge of your pore tenaunts: our common ounce over throwne we are not able paye our rent..."
