Extract from Exchequer, Lord Treasurer's Memoranda Roll Michaelmas 33 Henry VI, Michaelmas 1454. The Provost claims that the manor of Cotesford [Cottisford] is unjustly detained by the sheriff of Oxford. It is exempt from the Act of Resumption. An extent of the manor of 18 November 1324 is quoted. Judgement, Trinity 1458, that the King's hand be lifted from the said manor.
