(Whetley). Thomas Fermor, esquire, against the Provost and College for refusal to divide three hundred acres of arable, ten acres of meadow, a hundred acre of pasture, a hundred acres of heath and forty acre of moor in Hardwycke [Hardwick], Awdley [Ardley] and Cottesford [Cottisford] (which they hold together) so that each can have and enclose his moiety, according to the form of the Statute. Claim for damages of 100 marks. Defendants say that the premises were not held together.
