Northampton, of a water mill in Wedon Bek [Weedon Bec], co. Northampton, with all its appurtenances. Rent 46s 8d. The lessee to keep the same in repair at his own expense, except for large timber, which the lessor is to provide when asked, within 40 days. Wedon Bek.
