Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Thomas Judkyn, Richard Wawe and John Clyfforde, of Wedon Becke [Weedon Bec], yeoman, of the manor of Wedon Becke with all its appurtenances, except woods and underwoods and profits of lawdays and courts. From Lady day last for 51 years. Rent £36 and forty "Goode weither sheepe, sownde, fatte shamble waire of Chilterne breeds or as goode". If any of the sheep are insufficient in quality, the lessees are to pay the price of others which the lessors shall buy elsewhere.
