Indenture of discharge, by the Provost and College to Thomas Spensor, esquire, executor of the last will of Thomas Judkyn, deceased, Richard Wawe and John Clifforde of all arrears of rents and all actions suits etcc. Some ambiguity and doubt was supposed by the College whether the lessees had paid their full rent, but at the audit held on 20 October last it was found that full payment had been made.
Witnesses: William Charman, Benjamin Owtred, the scribe, John Lucas.
Mark of Wawe's attorney and signature "Jhon Cleffard".
Two doubled tags with traces of red wax seals.
