Bill of John Caldcott, surviving trustee of the will of the Rev. John Rawlins Deacon, to the Provost praying that as Lord and Chancellor of the manor of Weedon Bec he will order a customary recovery suffered by the said Deacon to be enrolled among the proceedings of the Court held on 3 December 1818. It has not been enrolled at the time owing to the refusal of the said Deacon to pay the fine demanded by the steward for such recovery.
