Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Elizabeth Spencer, of Everdon, widow, and Richard Daye, of Eton, co. Bucks, gentleman (upon surrender of a lease to William Spencer, esquire, and the said Elizabeth), of the manor house of Everdon, with all buildings appurtaining, a close adjoining, a piece of meadow called the Marshe meade, a pasture called the Butts, a pasture called the Cowe pasture adjoining the Marshe meade, a yard land lying in the Common Dole meadows, a parcel of ground lying in the Southfilde of Everdon called Hackman meade, a piece of pasture lying in the said Southfild called Shircome pece, a piece of pasture lying in the same Southfild called Flakisland pece, a piece of pasture lying in the soame Southfild called Munkes grounde, three pieces of Ryelande in the same Southfild near the pasture called Shircome, a piece of arable ground in the same Southfild on the backside of the parsonage, shooting towards Lakes furlonge, a piece of arable in the same field called Hawthorne pece, a piece of arable in the same field called Greene Lake pece, a piece of ground lying in the same field called the Pynfold pece, a piece of arable lying in the same field called the Tayntours pece, a piece of pasture lying in the Northfilde called the Drye Lees, a piece of pasture lying in the same field called Northcombe piece, a piece of pasture in the same field called then Greene Lake pece, a piece of arable in the same field called Crabtre furlonge, a piece of arable in the same field called Withie Crofte, a piece of arable butting above the marsh lying in the same field called the Watrie pece, a piece of arable in the same field called the Marethorne pece, a piece of arable ground in the same field on the south side of the marsh, a piece of arable in the same field called the Fyve Acres, four butts of lands in the same field near the piece called Marethorne, a piece of Rye grounde in the same field above the piece of pasture called Northcombe; excepting underwoods and timber trees, other than the lopping and topping of the same, and excepting the patronage and gift of the parsonage of Everdon. To hold for the lives in survivorship of the lessees and of William Daye, of Ockholt, co. Berks, gentleman, brother of the said Richard. Rent £4 8s and a bushel of wheat and 9 quarters of malt.

Two doubled tags for seals, only one of which survives, red wax, bearing no impression.
