Counterpart of Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, for £250 to Robert Bird, Samuel Osborn, Aaron Bird and Samuel Bird, all of Everdon, yeoman, and Mary Goodman of the same, widow, of the manor of Everdon. From old Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £4 14s and 9 gallons of wheat and 720 gallons of malt, together with £13 12s 5d in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
