Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, for £255 17s to Robert Bird, Samuel Osborn, Aaron Bird, Samuel Bird and Joseph Goodman, all of Everdon, yeoman, of the manor of Everdon. From old Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £4 14s and 9 gallons of wheat and 720 gallons of malt, together with £13 12s 5d in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
