Assignment, by William Austyn and John Veer, of Great Blakenham, gentlemen, to William Watson, of Ixworth, co. Suffolk, gentleman, of the manor of Blakenham on the water with all lands pertaining in Blakenham, Baylam [Baylham] and Claydon and elsewhere, co. Suffolk, for the lives of Edward Veare and John Veare, sons of Henry Veare of Blakenham, and John Veare, son of John Veare of Henley, co. Suffolk.
A memorandum under the turnover that it is intended that William Austen shall not be charged with any act done by John Veer but only with such acts as he has done or any other claiming by, from or under him, excepting one lease made to John Harte whereupon is reserved the rent of £35 yearly during the term of eight or nine years yet to come and unexpired. Witnesses to deliver seisin: William Webbe, John [Myll], (signatures, the remainder marks), John Harte, John Kinge, Henry Powder, John Withe, Robert Havell.

Two doubled tags with fragments of red wax seals.
