Indenture of lease by the Provost and College, to Mary Dowfeild, of East Wretham, widow, (presumably of John), of the manor of East Wretham, except the advowson of the church, profits of courts etc. From Lady Day last for 21 years. Rent £20 5s 6d and 15 quarters 2 bushels of wheat and 20 quarters 2 bushels of malt, or their equivalent in money. Signature of lessee, "Mary Dowffyllde". Witnesses: William Davy, Richard Young, Rector ecclesiae de East Wrotham.
