Grant by John Hundercombe, Knight, to Walter Smyth, of Eton, Julian, his wife, and their children of a place of land in Eton with a messuage built on it, sometime of William Kyrkeby, lying between a tenement of William Holmod on the north and a tenement of Peter Bassiat on the south, one end extending on the King's way leading through the middle of the town of Eton and the other towards the Thames. To hold, for them and their children, for their lives. Rent 12d.
