Grant by John Chapman, junior, son of Walter Chapman, of le Wyk by Eton and New Windsor, to William Clahope, of Watton atte Stone, co. Herts, of a croft of land in Eton lying in le Wyke between la Hyde and the common pasture called le Merch in breadth and extending from the land of John Molyns to the land of Anges le Chapman in length. To hold in perpetuity from the chief lords of the fee for the services due.
