Grant by Robert Webbe, of Eton, and Joan, his wife, to Richard Smyth, of Dorney, of a messuage with a curtilage and garden between the messuage of John Sprakat on the north and a piece of land sometime of Nicholas Prake on the south extending at one end on the King's way on the east and at the other end on the ditch called Casteldych on the west. To hold in perpetuity from the chief lords of the fee for the services due.
