Grant by Christina Peyntour to William Spracat, of Eton, and William son of the said William, of an acre and three virgates of arable lying severally within the bounds of the town of Eton, one acre and one virgate lying in the west field in Midylfurlong and abutting on the land of Thomas Lolbroke, and the other two virgates lying in the north field, one in Stonhill and the other next Newdich. To hold in perpetuity for the services due.
